Zen Casino

Zen Casino is a community, play-money platform — not a real-money operator. It's the project where I got to build a complete game engine from scratch rather than wiring up someone else's.

There are eight original games: crash, limbo, dice, plinko, mines, keno, cases and case battles. Every one is provably fair, with server and client seeds and a verifiable result, and the whole money flow was hardened in a dedicated security campaign covering seed integrity, payout correctness and IDOR.

Case battles were the most involved piece. They support three mutually-exclusive win conditions — equality, jackpot and crazy — plus terminal rounds and partial funding, all resolved server-side through a score → compare → select → pay → fund pipeline.

The homepage runs real-data leaderboards and a live-wins feed, rate-limited and cached, with a hard play-money floor. It's a React front end on an Express backend, shipped as a Docker Compose stack behind Cloudflare. There's a licensing roadmap behind it too — game engine, KYC/AML, responsible gambling, audit and reporting — built phase by phase.
