Opertyi

Opertyi turns a single property listing into a full, multi-platform marketing campaign automatically. An agent drops in a listing, and the product writes per-platform social copy from the listing data, runs it through a fair-housing compliance check, posts it to every connected channel, and tracks the leads that come back.

It's built for three kinds of user in one product: independent agents get listings, AI campaigns, auto-posting and leads; builders and brokerages get an org with sub-agents, a team roster and performance rollups; and photographers get a marketplace profile with shoot jobs, a portfolio and payouts.

The stack is a pnpm monorepo on Next.js 15 with Drizzle and Postgres, a BullMQ and Redis worker tier for posting and media jobs, Auth.js, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare R2 for storage, and Claude for the campaign generation. The design language is 'Midnight and Signal': a dark, cinematic canvas with a single electric accent, built to look like a multi-million-dollar SaaS rather than a listings portal.
