Eleven Real Estate

Eleven Real Estate started as a straightforward listing site and ended up as something much more aggressive: a social-media-style property platform for the Omani market. Instead of static grids, the experience is built around reels, cinematic listing pages, and a dark UI that feels closer to a premium app than a brokerage website.

I rebuilt the front end in Next.js around a video-first browsing flow, then layered in saved listings, a compare drawer, multilingual support, PWA installability, and an AI property assistant. Search, pricing, and listing detail all had to feel native on mobile first, because that is where the traffic actually is.

The most commercially useful part is the publishing workflow. The site can ingest Instagram property posts automatically, pull out captions and media, and turn them into structured listings without the client copying the same content twice. I deployed it behind nginx and PM2 on the client's VPS and ran full Playwright QA before launch.
