Daleel MRO

Daleel MRO is the product I'm building right now. It came out of five years on the hangar floor at Oman Air, where finding the right torque value or procedure often meant scrolling through a 10,000 page maintenance manual at 2am.

The product is an AI assistant that lets an engineer ask the question in plain English and get back the exact page and paragraph from the manufacturer's manual. Every answer is cited, verified twice by the model, and logged so it can be reproduced later for an airworthiness review.

Safety critical numbers do not go through the AI. A separate deterministic layer handles torque values and part IDs directly, so there is no chance the model invents a number that could ground an aircraft.

The stack is Python on the Claude API with a custom retrieval pipeline. The corpus is Boeing 737NG. On prem deployment is supported because Gulf airlines need their data to stay inside their own infrastructure.

I'm in early conversations with MRO and technical ops teams at Emirates, Qatar Airways and Etihad. Pricing is per engineer per month.
